Bag Filter Systems (Baghouses) are the workhorses of industrial dust collection. Utilizing cylindrical fabric filter bags and an automated reverse pulse-jet cleaning mechanism, these systems are designed to handle extremely high volumes of heavily dust-laden air continuously.

As dirty air enters the hopper, heavy particles fall out while fine dust is captured on the exterior of the bags. Periodically, a highly calibrated burst of compressed air is injected into the bags, expanding the fabric and dislodging the dust cake into the collection hopper below, ensuring the system operates 24/7 without losing suction.
